Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time without any cancellation charges.
Cancellation Within 72 Hours
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will attract a charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff, plus applicable taxes.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the first night’s room charges (inclusive of taxes) shall be levied.
The reservation will automatically stand cancelled after the first night unless prior intimation is received.
Early Check-Out
No refund shall be applicable for early check-out or unused nights once the guest has checked in, as per prevailing hotel industry practice in India.
Peak Season / Blackout Dates
During peak season, festivals, public holidays, long weekends, or special events, bookings may be non-refundable or subject to stricter cancellation timelines.
Such conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
Payment gateway charges, bank charges, or convenience fees (if any) shall be deducted.
Booking Modifications
Date changes or amendments are subject to room availability and prevailing tariffs.
Modification requests made within the cancellation window may be treated as a cancellation.
Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to acts of God, government orders, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, refunds or credits shall be at the sole discretion of the management, subject to government advisories.
OTA / Third-Party Bookings
Reservations made through online travel agents (OTAs) shall be governed by the cancellation policy displayed on the respective platform, which may override this policy.
Right of Management
The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in India.
