ROOM AND AMENITIES USAGE

  • Inclusions: The price of your stay includes all standard amenities and services offered by the resort, excluding campfires and any additional items or services ordered separately.
  • Prohibited Items: For the comfort and safety of all guests, alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and hookah are strictly prohibited on the property in accordance with local regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
  • Guest Identification: Guests are required to submit their identification details online after booking. This helps us ensure the security and smooth check-in process for all guests.
  • Visitor Policy: To maintain the privacy and security of our guests, outside visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval from resort management.
  • Damage Charges: While we do not require a damage deposit, guests will be responsible for any damages caused to the resort property during their stay. Appropriate charges will apply for repair or replacement.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and around the pool area due to the presence of wooden elements in our interiors. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
  • Meal Timings: Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the dinner and breakfast timings, which are from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, respectively. Promptness is appreciated to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
  • Staff Assistance: Our dedicated staff members are available to assist you with any urgent requirements or inquiries during your stay. Please do not hesitate to reach out to them for assistance.
  • Electricity Backup: As the property is located outside the city, occasional electricity disruptions may occur. However, we have generator facilities in place to ensure continuous power supply as needed.
  • Mineral Water: Complimentary water dispensers with mineral water are provided at the resort. Additional mineral water bottles beyond the provided quantity will be charged as per the MRP.
  • Room Service Hours: Room service is available until 8:00 PM. For emergencies during the night, caretakers will be present to assist guests.
  • Child Policy: Children aged 0-4 years will enjoy complimentary stays, while children aged 5-10 will incur charges.

SWIMMING POOL USAGE

  1. General Rules
    • Pool usage is only for registered resort guests unless otherwise permitted by management.
    • Pool timings: 8 AM to 7 PM. Usage outside timings is strictly prohibited.
    • Guests must follow all pool safety signage and staff instructions.
  2. Safety & Hygiene
    • Proper swimwear is mandatory. Cotton clothes, jeans, or casual wear are not allowed.
    • Guests must shower before entering the pool.
    • Running, diving, pushing, or rough play is strictly prohibited.
    • Children below 5 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
    • Guests with medical conditions, infections, or open wounds should avoid pool usage.
  3. Liability Disclaimer
    • Pool usage is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
    • The resort shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
    • Since our Swim Pool falls under splash pool category No lifeguard is needed on duty.
  4. Prohibited Items & Conduct
    • Glass items, alcohol, food, sharp objects, or electrical devices are not allowed near the pool.
    • Intoxicated persons are strictly prohibited from using the pool.
    • The resort reserves the right to deny pool access to any guest violating rules without refund.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR GAMES

  1. Usage Rules
    • Games facilities are available only during designated hours.
    • Usage is on a first-come, first-served basis, unless pre-booked.
    • Guests must use equipment only for its intended purpose.
  2. Safety & Responsibility
    • Guests play at their own risk.
    • Children must be supervised by parents/guardians.
    • The resort is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or negligence.
  3. Damage & Loss
    • Any damage to sports equipment, boards, nets, or gaming property shall be charged to the guest.
    • Loss of equipment must be immediately reported and compensated.
  4. Conduct
    • Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate suspension of access.
    • Management’s decision regarding games usage shall be final.

RESTAURANT & CAFÉ

  1. General Policy
    • Restaurant and café services are available during operating hours only.
    • Outside food and beverages are not permitted, unless approved by management.
  2. Orders & Billing
    • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
    • Bills must be settled immediately or may be added to the room account where applicable.
    • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
  3. Food & Allergy Disclaimer
    • Guests are requested to inform staff of any food allergies before placing orders.
    • The resort shall not be responsible for adverse reactions if allergies are not disclosed.
  4. Conduct & Damage
    • Guests must maintain appropriate behavior within dining areas.
    • Any damage to furniture, crockery, or equipment will be charged accordingly.
  5. Right of Service
    • The resort reserves the right to refuse service to any guest in case of misconduct, intoxication, or violation of rules.
    • Management reserves the right to modify menu, pricing, or service hours without prior notice.

Standard Cancellation

  • Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time without any cancellation charges.

Cancellation Within 72 Hours

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will attract a charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff, plus applicable taxes.

No-Show Policy

  • In the event of a no-show, 100% of the first night’s room charges (inclusive of taxes) shall be levied.
  • The reservation will automatically stand cancelled after the first night unless prior intimation is received.

Early Check-Out

  • No refund shall be applicable for early check-out or unused nights once the guest has checked in, as per prevailing hotel industry practice in India.

Peak Season / Blackout Dates

  • During peak season, festivals, public holidays, long weekends, or special events, bookings may be non-refundable or subject to stricter cancellation timelines.
  • Such conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
  • Payment gateway charges, bank charges, or convenience fees (if any) shall be deducted.

Booking Modifications

  • Date changes or amendments are subject to room availability and prevailing tariffs.
  • Modification requests made within the cancellation window may be treated as a cancellation.

Force Majeure

  • The resort shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to acts of God, government orders, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control.
  • In such cases, refunds or credits shall be at the sole discretion of the management, subject to government advisories.

OTA / Third-Party Bookings

  • Reservations made through online travel agents (OTAs) shall be governed by the cancellation policy displayed on the respective platform, which may override this policy.

Right of Management

  • The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in India.
